The machine punches decks of cards (for example playing cards) in the way of all around punching.

Description

The machine takes over automatically the decks of cards from a slitting machine (e.g. Rollem Slipstream). The decks of cards from the slitting machine are with an additional border of 1,5-2mm around the card size. By the die-punching of the border the cards will get the final size.

The machine delivers up the decks of cards automatically to a packaging machine like a wrapping or a cartoner machine.

The connecting points slitting m/c to punching m/c and punching m/c to packaging m/c can be modified to any style of machines. The automatically deliver up of the decks into wrapping machine from Marden & Edwards and Sollas and into a cartoner machine from CAM, IWKA and Volpak is our standard work.
